Once you confirm the quotation, we require a 30% advance payment to begin production. This amount enables us to arrange premium raw materials and allocate skilled resources for your project.
Step 4
Final Confirmation
When your product is ready, we will send you detailed photos for final review. After your approval, we will request the remaining 70% payment to complete the order. Your satisfaction and confidence are extremely important to us.
Step 5
Shipping & Delivery
After receiving final confirmation and payment, your product will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours. We ensure secure packaging and safe delivery so your handcrafted piece reaches you in perfect condition.
