1. Product Nature

All our products are handcrafted wooden handicrafts. As these items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, grain, carving, and finish are natural and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.

2. Customization Policy

Most of our products are customizable as per customer preference, including size, color, design, polish, and pattern.

  • The price displayed on the website is applicable only for the mentioned size and design.

  • Any customization may result in a change in price.

  • Once a customized order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products:

  • No return

  • No exchange

  • No refund

will be accepted once the order is placed and confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully review product details, sizes, and customization requirements before placing an order.

4. Pricing

All prices mentioned are retail prices unless otherwise stated.

For wholesale, bulk, or export orders, customers are requested to contact us directly .

6. Payment Terms

Payments must be made through the approved payment methods shared by us. Production will begin only after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order quantity, customization, and location.

  • Any delay caused due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will not be the responsibility of the seller.

8. Damage During Transit

We ensure proper packaging before dispatch. In case of visible transit damage, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for review.
